Will you please provide me some clarifications about wage increase. Is there a specific prerequisite time period that the employee is needed to cover in order to receive an increase in their salary? Is the company enforced by the labour law to cover the annual inflation by increasing the employees' wages every year? If so, the mandatory wage increase is equal to annual inflation?

There is noe such requirement by law. If the employer is bound by a CBA (Collectvie Bargaining Argreement), then the CBA will provide information on wage increase - which is normally once a year. The increase is dpeending of the outcomne between negotiations between the employee- and employer organizations. Your work-contract can also provide information on wage increase, but this is also not required by law.
