I got maried 6 years ago in Norway and 2 years ago we bought a house. Now we are getting a divorce, and first we are selling the house.
My question is: My rights in the selling house? I haven't that I will get any money. She is making plans to buy other house and I have to rent an apartment.
I would like to buy something small for me. I don't know how things work in this area. I don't want to end without anything. I've been working hard and paid the rent.

Unless you have a prenuptial agreement or any other agreement that could influence the settlement, you will as a starting point be entitled to 1/2 of the net values in the marriage estate. However, in some instances it is possible for a spouse to withdraw values from the financial settlement that he or she brought in to the marriage.
In this case I would recommend that you speak to a lawyer to get more detailed information in regards to your rights in the financial settlement.
