Ny leietaker flytter inn før leieperioden er utløpt

I am an owner of a small startup. I gave 2 months notice to end the contract at the end of April. I delivered the keys on Tuesday, June 12 because I am traveling and will not be physically present. According to the contract, I paid until the end of June. I saw today from an Instagram feed that they have given rights to my neighbour to move in. However, I paid and I do not think it is ethical. I should have been given the option to pay for 1/2 month in that instance.

According to the Norwgian Tenancy Act § 10-2, the leasing agreement is considered to be ended when the owners have been given the keys as well as unlimited access to the leasing object. As a result, the owners have most likely proceeded in the right way in this instance.
