Må betale ekstra husleie når familien er på besøk

I have been staying shared 3 bed room flat, I had rental agreement for a room from Nov 2018. Last July 2019, my wife and 2 children (2+ Years and 8 years) came and stayed with me around 30 days in the same room and returned back to India. My house owner is asking 3000 kr extra rent for my family stay. Please advise should I pay extra rent to my house owner is there any policy like that. What should i do. Please help if this comes under free information.

That depends on the content of the contract. If you are paying pr. person or pr. room, or if you have regulations on how many people who can stay in the room. Normally the fee is set pr. room, but there can be rules on how many people that can stay in the room.
