Bruke lydopptak av arbeidsgiver

I have recorded a conversation with my employer and I have asked for his consent for me to use it. My question is because his answer is a bit opaque. “I must say I strongly resent being recorded unknowingly and I consider that to be a breach of confidence, regardless — I can stand for anything I say. You may quote our conversation to anyone you may please, but I´m not happy with having an unapproved recording being used.” He approved it for me to use correct?
