Per is a lawyer working since 2010 in PricewaterhouseCoopers with international indirect taxation related to cross border trade with goods and services, including both VAT and customs issues. He has previously worked in the Directorate of Customs and Excise, legal department, for ten years.

Per holds a law degree from University of Oslo, and he has also studied at the University of North Dakota.
